I love this couch!!!…especially for the price.The massage function is great. It’s not quite like a dedicated massage chair but I wasn’t expecting that to begin with either. Instead, it’s an added bonus to a couch providing a relaxing feature depending on what intensity you put it at.The heat function is also wonderful and works great…especially over the last few days when it’s been cold around here. Having this turned on with a blanket by the fire watching tv has been a great few nights.I thought when ordering it would be the plastic type fake leather but it’s more of a suede type leather. I like it just the same, just throwing that out there for people to know before ordering.Lastly, I would give 6 stars to their customer service if I could!!! When the couch arrived, we found one of the cushions apparently got damaged during shipping. I emailed the seller through Amazon and they replied the next day with apologies and letting me know they were sending a replacement cushion (couch comes in several pieces so they sent replacement for that section). I had the replacement very quickly and didn’t have to fight at all…they just made it right with no issues!!!Highly recommended this couch and this seller.

Is nice. light weight. Easy to put together The massage part I’m not impressed about it. Just a vibration . The foot part after you lifted it up is so hard to get it back down . Takes me a while to get up from the recliner . Not recommended for people that have weakness in their legs. You can seat Is comfortable but the foot part is a disappointment

I just received the couch and it's incredibly comfortable. Sturdy build, easy to assemble. The heating and massage options are nice, and it looks great.It's not a full-blown powerhouse massage chair, but that's to be expected.The reason why I didn't give it five stars is because, The two remotes work a little bit differently than one another. Although the modes are the same, the actual massage vibrations patterns differ for auto and normal modes.Although it's a loveseat, and seats me pretty comfortably (I'm 6'2" so I'm pretty big) I did feel like it was a little bit small, Even for a loveseat, but again it's not the biggest deal.Something to be aware of for buyers: this is a large package. For me it actually arrived in three separate boxes, but the second box didn't come until 3 buisness days after the first one. Amazon will market as delivered after the first box is delivered. If you get a box and I'm missing a lot of parts and Amazon marks it as delivered, just be aware that this happened to me too and that the other boxes did arrive.This doesn't impact the rating, but there was a small mistake where they shipped two left sides of the couch. I contacted the seller and they were pretty great and worked with me. It got fixed, But just be aware... Shipping carriers.... Lol

The chair came in perfect, put together easily, BUT..... Try and recover from reclined position and you will find that this recliner is impossible to sit up right EASILY... It is VERY HARD to regain upright position from reclined position. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RECLINER AT ALL.... COMPANY HARD TO DEAL WITH. I don't understand how this company has never addressed this issue... !!!!
