The cylinder, piston, rings and gaskets are OK. Throw the studs away, they are a waste of time. They stretch and the head gasket will leak shortly after first run. Better off reusing the OEM studs, otherwise purchase better studs elsewhere.The rings were gapped WAY too tight. Do NOT just use the rings as is, motor will seize up and piston and potentially cylinder will be trashed. You need to check and file the ring gap. I personally set the gap to .014 on both rings and that seems to have worked well so far.Other than that, for the price, im not mad. Just take the two extra steps I mentioned and it will work out.

Received and gasket was mangled and bearings were missing from the housing. Junk!!!

Fortunately this was a stand up seller, because the item arrived damaged to a point of being useless. The foreign packaging methods and materials are just dreadful - the cylinder had a cracked cooling fin and the gaskets were kinked and split from jostling around loosely inside the thin walled box. The seller quickly responded and sent a new kit. The 2nd kit also had damaged gaskets but everything else survived - so I bought gaskets from a local dealer. The seller gave a partial refund, so it took a while to get right, but the kit installed as designed and the quad bike is running excellent - fully restored power. Hard to beat the low cost here, so with a little managed risk - you can make it work. Give it 4 stars since the seller was so responsive and responsible, otherwise it would probably be 3.

Looks like an OK kit but now I have togo source a gasket since everything was just thrown in a box. Which resulted in the gasket being torn and Amazon's only solution is wait for another entire shipment which undoubtedly will come with a torn gasket. Also the studs are too short to actually work so I had to reuse the old ones.It runs so we'll see how it lasts.

Works as it should. Bought some lucus lubes for 5 bucks cause I figured they make good stuff. Lubed that piston down and the hole it was good to go.

Everything fit well. It does not come with the exhaust gasket or new exhaust studs. It seems to be running well! I will update if it has any premature failures or disappointments but for now I'm thrilled and can't beat the price!

Everything fit and worked as it should but make sure to use the loctite because I had the head studs back out on me after the first hour of operation I re torqued and haven't had a problem since
