The hole for the oil return line was a few thousandths too small, the OEM line would not install. I had to enlarge it with a small wheel cylinder hone to make it fit. Also the hole for the location roll pin was too small and also needed to be enlarged. Both of these issues did add up to about an hour of time that was added to my install time. Otherwise the rest of the unit had no other issues and performs well.

Installed on my 2010 2dr Cooper S a few months ago. Part is working great. The installation process is definitely difficult and not for the faint hearted.
