This is an amazing kit with thick metal bracketry. Its frankly overkill for what it is, but I'll take it. I've been trying to find ways to work it into the the structure of the mobility device I'm building. I'd really like the ability to design and have custom buttons made to fit these kits. For example, motorcycle landing gear (wheels that come down at stop signs so disabled people can ride without falling over). It doesn't look like anything else. I'm not sure how a customization service would fit with Amazon, but this product would be a good test case.

What can I say this setup is fantastic! I've worked with countless switch panels over the years for SXS, off road trucks and race cars and this one takes the cake. It's simplicity by incorporating it's own solid state relay and fuse panel with a easy to wire in switch panel with a well built wiring harness. And yes I said solid state relays, these are a huge win as there's no more loud clicking of relays when you turn systems on. The pdm relay and fuse panel is built tough with a metal enclosure, no cheap plastic here. It's well sealed for water and dust preventing. The switch panel alone is by far the nicest thing I've seen especially for the cost, you can't beat it. It has a build quality to the switch panels that cost $500+ for the switch panel alone. The panel is easy to setup and program, the buttons have a clean aesthetic with simple to change icons with so many options to choose from, no cheap stickers here. The back lighting of the buttons looks professional and sleek. The manual included is very informative and makes installing this panel a breeze. I highly recommend this setup to anyone who needs to wire in multiple circuits to a vehicle or any type. It eliminates the need to tap into existing wiring. Keep those harnesses intact. It's a great independent wiring system for lighting, accessories and fans. I picked this up for my race car build to wire it for street ability such lighting, signals, control of cooling and more. I can't recommend it enough!Note to anyone looking to run cooling fans, fuel pumps and other high amp draw systems off of this panel. Wire the switch to a high output relay as this panel is rated for 60amps total. Wiring lighting and lesser draw systems it's plenty for that to run those systems off the relay and fuse board alone.The fact that they include power cables, mounting brackets, main breaker and hardware is also so nice. Those smaller items will nickel and dime your projects if you had to acquire them separately.MaySpare really nailed it with this one and set a new standard.

I wired it in my street car to run 2 fans intercooler pump nitrous heater just the fans powering the relay the switch panel lasted 1 block shuts off reset power it might last 3 miles then same thing shuts off

Initially I got this switch panel system to control some simple inside and outside lighting with our RV but this control system offers so much more I have decided to wait and use it for something else. Since it can handle 60 amps and is configurable, I just have to figure out what circuits I want to feed through it. I have powered it up to tested it to insured it is fully functional.When I received it I was blown away at how well it was built and also how heavy it was. The control box and mounting brackets are full aluminum. The thing is built like a tank – thick aluminum. The bracket is 3.7mm thick and the control box is 2.5mm. The 10ft interconnecting cable between the switch panel and the control box is covered with a protective braided nylon sleeve.The switch panel is fully sealed and has an IP68 rating. The first number “6” means that the switch is dust-proof - no ingress for dust. The second number “8” means it is waterproof; the switch is suitable for immersion in water generally up to a depth of 9.8 ft. When I opened the control box to make the wire connections I found the internal circuit board is sealed and encapsulated in deep epoxy. They do this to fully seal electronics from water. So this control system is perfect not just for inside and outside mounting on autos and RVs, but also vehicles in wet environments like boats, ATVs, anything based on 12 or 24 volt DC.There are no mechanical relays; the switching is done fully by SSRs (Solid State Relays). There is no sound when switching. I had to check with a millimeter to verify the circuits were active. There are eight switching circuits; two rated at 5 Amps, two at 10 Amps, two at 20 Amps, and two at 30 Amps. Each circuit is protected by blade fuses and each has a blown-fuse red status LED. The control block is rated a full 60 Amps and the kit comes with a 60 Amp main circuit breaker.The panel comes with 50 different icon inserts (some even for boats) and each switch can be individually backlit with 8 different colors. Each switch can also be functionally set to toggle on/off, momentary on/off, pulse mode where the strobe mode is adjusted by the button, and an SOS mode. The master red on/off button in the center is used to set each switch mode and color and has a last state memory of all the buttons.The installation and usage manual is both clear but also a little confusing. How to use the device is pretty clear but the installation has some vague areas. There is a red wire that needs to be connected to the headlight or acc circuit but it has a negative sign in the manual. Also a note says to let the device be powered on for 24 hours and the red line is directly connected to the positive electrode. Why 24 hours? Is there an internal battery? So the user manual has some information and the Amazon product description has additional information.Overall a really great, powerful, and well built switch panel system with multiple functions.

Got this cause I wanted to add some auxiliary lights to my 99' 4-Runner and want to simplify things.These box is all epoxy sealed up and comes with thick 6 gauge wires that connects directly to the battery.The control panel is neat looking and though the outter case is a some silicone type. It looks like they didn't let the epoxy fully cure before taking it out the fixture. So there's some distortion in the control panel case.The main board is all epoxy sealed up and potted. Also though connectors are fused. You still need to make sure to use the proper wire gauge and know the exact amp draw from the accessories. And lastly if you overload the main box and burn the rectifier, you're going to kill that 1 channel.With that being said. I temporarily hooked this up to a bench power output to verified that everything is functional and working out the box.Overall great 6 gang box that lets you customize the buttons vs using a sticker.
