These are great to use for oral manipulation in speech therapy. We use at home the same as therapy uses to get our son accustomed to them and help with his speech. Taste/flavor could br a bit stronger.

These were amazing for my dying Mom. She, unfortunately, lost her battle with Dementia, but these lemon swabs allowed her to keep her mouth moist when she forgot how to swallow. I know they tasted delicious to her, because she would smile when I swabbed her mouth with them. These are very much a fabulous product, and I am thankful for how much they helped my Mom!
