Comfortable and reasonably absorbing, however the adhesive leaves a sticky residue that remains even after washing, my expensive panties are a mess. Too bad, they do not irritate too much. Wish manufacturers would not print cute flowers and other graphics on the skin side of pad, this is perhaps the reason for some irritation due to the ink.

The length was fine but the adhesive strip did not cover the length so it rolled at each end, the pad filling separated from the covering and you felt damp all the time. I returned after 2 days

These definitely work they're just a bit bulky and because of that there's an odd fit so they may move and become less protective. I can't imagine using them during the day. Using them overnight they get very bunched. I wish they were more sticky too. They're very thick, but the length is good. They do absorb a lot because of their thickness. I think this is a good deal and multiple packs for the price. Just not my favorite.

These pads were perfect for my postpartum recovery! I ordered the light pads, and they were actually a lot longer and thicker than I thought they would be, so if you are looking for a liner, these might be too big for you. They aren't too thick though and are very long so they provide a decent amount of coverage, but don't feel like you are wearing a literal diaper. They are super soft and really absorbent. Right after giving birth, I did not have the time or energy to think about what pads to use, but these really did the job. They would last for hours and were great overnight, I didn't have to worry about leaking. They adhere to your underwear and they really stay in place. This set includes 180 individually wrapped pads, so I would say the price is fair.

I can't really rate the absorbency of the medium pads as I don't need the full absorbency 99% of the time. Compared to the store brand generic pads I normally buy, these pads do not clump and bunch up nearly as much and there's not much difference in price.Update: These pads do leave behind some of their adhesive when removed. If you change pads more than once using the same underwear, that adhesive builds up and will eventually tear the adhesive layer off the pad during removal. I have yet to do laundry and find out if the adhesive will wash off of the underwear.UPDATE: The adhesive does not come off in the wash. It also stains dark grey. Once it builds up enough, you can roll it off at risk of removing your fingerprints, lol.

I find these quite a bit thicker than some moderate pads. I can go from occasional light leakage to occasional surprise ( ! ) heavier leakage, so I do like to be prepared. Bulky thickness. Much more than I expected.Verrry long. With the bulk, not comfortable. The adhesion is not strong holding. It does not come close to end to end.Ends curl up , making the bulk worse, and there is misplacement while wearing.I placed in cotton panties with wide crotch area - nothing narrow, frail, frilly or twisty, the pads kept coming "unstuck". Bunched. Twisted. Side to side. End to End.While probably verrry absorbent, it`s hard to tell if one has to try to readjust, restick, or replace forhopes of a better fit and performance, and ends up throwing away after very little use and wear.Certainly could not wear outside of home. At night, in home, too uncomfortable -the issues defeat the purpose.I am not even sure what to do with these now. Donate, as some say "Something is better than nothing" ?I will stay on the lookout for a lighter, thinner, shorter pad.

I got these for my wife, who is at the age where a cough or a sneeze can bring unwanted dribbles. This order comes with nine packages of pads, 20 pads per package, for a total of 180 pads. Here is her review: These pads are individually wrapped and, while larger than what I usually wear, are still small enough to discretely carry one in a purse or tote bag. They are definitely long, and also wide enough so I don't need to worry about anything leaking over the top, bottom, or sides. They are soft and comfortable. A longer pad also means a longer adhesive area on the bottom of it, which helps the pad stay in place so much better than a regular length pad does. That means there isn't any sliding, bunching up, or other issues that can cause me discomfort while wearing it all day. The pads are absorbent enough to meet my needs with no problem. The current listing price is $37.99 for 180 pads, which I think is a good value.
