This mattress is no good I can't even sleep on it the springs are popping through and I guess I'm just going to loose the money I paid for it.I am not from medline. I purchased this mattress from medline.

Yes it's waterproof. Came very quickly. Haven't had it very long but springs are really apparent there is even a body indentation already. Will go with a different brand next time

This mattress is fairly comfortable. It didn't look exactly like the photo on the inside though. The lining on top of the springs looks more like an inch thick cotton padding. The zippered vinyl cover seems tough though. I bought it for my son who has a bed wetting problem. After several nights of bed wettings, I unzipped and checked inside the mattress for leaks. It was totally dry. I would say it is at least as comfortable as any $99 twin mattress (nonvinyl) you will find. I give it 5 stars because of the value (quality vs cost).
