Pressure performance: When the Ruhr female joint is used in conjunction with the Ruhr male joint in accordance with GB1962 (ISO845), it is pressurized to 400Kpa and there are no bubbles generated in water.

The male adapter is out of spec. The outside diameter of the inner 'nipple' is too small. And, the inside diameter of the outer shell is too large. This prevents it from making a usable luer slip type connection. It may work ok as a luer lock (twist) connection.
