This is a good product. The twine that is used to connect the shells will loosen as you use it. I used gorilla glue between the twining, then pushed the twining very close together and let set for 24 hours. It's perfect now. Make sure that you use original gorilla glue, not gorilla super glue.

If you offer reiki, this is great. I use in the beginning of the session to loosen up energy within the body that is stuck

I like the sound this makes however every time I use it, it starts to fall off the end of the stick. I think if I glue the string on the stick it will keep from falling off but I haven't tried that yet.
