My dad just passed away and I ordered this to hang on my tree this year, and I'm so disappointed in how they did Not pay attention when making it! The words are backwards!!! Unacceptable! And of course, it is custom so no refunds! Total waste of my time and money, and now I still need an ornament to put my dad on our tree. :(
