They’re very easy to use and they don’t hurt. But I would say apply lube (jojoba oil or coconut oil will do) when sizing up. They occasionally catch a piece of my hair and I just have to slip it off but it’s not very bothersome.

I got these when I was originally stretching to a 00 but I got sick and wasn't able to wear my plugs and my ears were tight and I couldn't wear my earrings, so I grabbed this set. The spirals worked fast and easy and painless to restretch my ears. Perfect cute and painless. These pink ones are cute too. Who knows maybe I will go up a size :)

You get a lot for the price in this pack, but I do not recommend them for extended wear. The paint wears off and they are white underneath.
