they do fit perfectly if you go a couple sizes up then what you truly wear, because they are too small if your true size, if you where a size 40 get a size 42 or 44 because it’s better to have a slightly looser fit and wear a belt than to be skin tight

The quality of the pants is actually not bad, but these run very small. I normally wear a 34 waist, but these fit like a 30. I can make these work by using the outer hook closure on the inner hook. I don't have time to return before Halloween.

God quality, however, when you buy a size 38, it'll fit EXACTLY 38 with no room for sitting and will be tight.

These look amazing and are great quality. Waist is way smaller then what it says though!! Ordered a 38", tags say 38", FITS LIKE A 35".

This pants is too small, better order one or two size up.I returned two items separately. But I didn’t get the refund. So I did “refund request”, I received one refund. But I have not receive this pants refund yet… the refund I received other one, they did minus return shipping fee about $5… so it’s not free return. Be aware!
