Great customer service experience!Ordered this to wear to a friend's formal wedding in lieu of a black tuxedo on short notice (found out it the week of that it was to be outdoors in August) . Ordered size per measurements my wife helped me with. It was a great jacket, especially the price, but it turned out to be just tight enough to be uncomfortable.Contacted the owner, Mike through the app and later by phone 3.5 days before the wedding. After briefly discussing my height, weight etc, he recommended a 50 regular and set up a replacement, shipped directly from his shop at the Amazon price. The jacket arrived the evening before the wedding, fit like it was made to order and the fabric and style were actually an upgrade from the one being returned for refund. Received several compliments, even from a total stranger.Definitely recommend this product and especially the seller!

I like it. You know how Humphrey Bogart looked in Casablanca? Or the old James Bond. Well, that's it. This is my second try with a white dinner jacket from Amazon. The first one was just too large, so I gave it to a friend. This one is a better fit and a bit better made. 5'9'' 190lbs. 43 short is perfect. Sleeve length allows for cuff visibility. It is a nice jacket.Want to look like Bond? This is it.
