If you have small feet, these inserts are definitely worth it! Even though the set includes four pairs, they’re really only enough for two pairs of shoes. Finding well-fitting shoes can be frustrating, especially when even the smallest size (women’s 5) still feels loose and causes blisters. These heel grips have completely solved that problem for me! My shoes no longer slip off, and both the metatarsal pad and heel grip keep my feet in place. The adhesive sticks well so far, but I’ll see how it holds up over time. I do wish the backing was silicone instead of suede for better grip, but the suede is soft and comfortable. Overall, these have made a huge difference in comfort and fit—I’m really happy with this purchase!

This item has pros and cons.PROS: Very soft, nice sticky backing, comes in beige and black. Includes back of shoe cushion and bottom of foot cushion. It feels very comfortable as it has a type of gel cushion. It provides nice support.CONS: The bottom of shoe cushion made my heels fit tighter. Although it may have added a bit of comfort to the bottom of my foot, it created discomfort to the top of my foot because my shoe feels tighter now.The back of the heel cushion is very comfortable, so I do recommend this set for that however, I could not give it five stars because the bottom other cushion did create tightness in the shoe.

Adhesive is a little hit or miss but the padding you feel on your foot is incredible! The difference really is night and day if you wear a lot of heels. Fits well in most of the heels and theyre easy to get in the shoe. I recommend!

This set is great for customizing the fit of your shoes. I have narrow feet and shoes tend to run wide on me. I have so many pairs of heeled sandals that get uncomfortable for me to wear after any length of time because my feet slide forward and down due to them being too wide. Introduce these metatarsal pads and they seem to provide a solution to that problem! I haven't tried them out for any length of time (since it's freezing here) so I don't know how long they'll hold up, or if they'll start sliding. But for now, I give them 5 stars simply because they make my heeled sandals fit so much better and also provide some cushion. The heel pads are great for my sneakers because I have narrow heels and they tend to slide up and down when I wear them. Some of my shoes don't bother me so much, but others make my heels almost feel bruised by the end of a shift at work on my feet, but the heel pads have helped with that...in some shoes. Some shoes have a higher heel and they felt a little weird. But other shoes, they feel amazing! I just taped them temporarily in place to try them out before securing them to make sure they fit ok and we're comfortable. I've only worn them a few times but so far they've held up great. Great solution for a great price.
