Meus Racing typically make quality upgrades and this gear set is no exception. Well made quality steel metal gears that perform as expected. Of course they will be slightly louder than the stock plastic gears, but they are far more durable than plastic. Make sure to use the proper gear grease when installing. Great value kit that even includes all new rubber sealed bearings and metal shafts. You can't go wrong with this upgrade.

Quite an impressive kit! Comes with everything you need. The kit includes a Pinion, Two transfer, one drive gear, 4 pins and 6 Bearings. No need to try and fit OME shims to the Aftermarket Gears! Save the OME stuff for catastrophic failure Repairs!Installation is super simple, Just pay attention to orientation when you disassemble the OME, and you won't have any issues. Once you get a gander at what your rig came with, you will easily be able to tell you made the right decision in replacing the gear set. It's much more robust, with a smoother glide. This kit does take quite a bit of speed from the rig, But makes up for it in the amount of solid torque you gain. Really helped with the low down control. It was defiantly worth the price.

As the other reviewer mentioned, I spent a lot of time troubleshooting a "slip" somewhere in the driveline only to find it was the gears! And I'm on 2s! lol. Anyway - Meus.. the ratio's are great, but let's get the slippage fixed!
