I purchased these at the end of April 2022 to replace the pan set I got in 2018 that were getting old. These were used with non-metal utensils and the bumpy coating has deteriorated to the point were everything sticks. I do use a coating when cooking and wash carefully. I went back to using the old set and will need to toss these after less than three months use!! I thought these would be better than the old ones as they had a higher heat rating but I prefer not to use high hear. Just a warning as it is frustrating trying to get a non-stick pan that lasts. I rely on my cast iron as the forever cooking tool, but heavy. I like a non-stick but...

Overall I love my set of skillets and lids. They heat evenly and cleanup is a snap. The metal is thinner than what I expected, so I am careful not to hit anything with them. I think if they were hit too hard they may dent or the granite coating may chip. I feel I can use a lower heat setting and still get an even browning. The lid help to cook the food through and not dry it out. I like the feel of the skillets in my hands and am please with the purchase. They are great for the home kitchen but I would not use them in a commercial setting.

They are super easy to clean and do a great job of cooking... Food does not stick! Very happy with these... I would definitely recommend..
