I bought this to replace the steering stem (triple tree) on my TaoTao 150cc Qunatum scooter because I couild not get the bearing off my old one. I matched up all the meansurements before ordering. I received the item and it is a perfect fit. It's made with good quality. Note this item does NOT come with the bearing headset, so you will want to order that separately. I would highly recommend this steering stem for TaoTao150cc Quantum model scooter.
