These are a rather heavyweight fabric for kid's sweatpants. I like it and think it'll be very nice in the colder seasons where I live (which admittedly don't get below about 45-50 degrees ever) although maybe not so great in the warmer seasons. They do run small so if your kid is even close to between sizes, definitely size up. My 7 year old is tall and sturdy but not overweight and usually fits in a size 8 but is more comfortable in a 10. These size 10 pants fit like an 8 at the waist on her but are long enough to be 10. They'd probably fit a tall, slim child very well. They do well in the wash and thankfully didn't shrink in cool water or low heat in the dryer.

My daughter loves the material and the color. The length fits perfect but the elastic waist is set a little too tight. Overall the pant is comfortable and looks great on my daughter.

These girls sweatpants have pockets! This is super important because... cmon now, pockets! They're pretty heavy duty, comfortable, warm and great material! Definitely will hold up for a long time!

these are so cute! i never know to order my daughters size or size up bc she's pretty tall but also skinny but i ordered and 8 and she's 7 yrs - and these fit well, i'd say they def are on the smaller size ir just run smaller a bit. not like crazy small but im glad i didnt size down. they are a super cute fit. she loves them!!

These things aren't exactly lightweight. Aside from the incorrect labeling, the pants themselves are great quality. The fit is good, the material feels good and the color is exactly as expected. It's just a lot heavier (like regular sweatpants) than anticipated - so not really suitable for the weather they were intended for.

The waist was so tight it made me choke. It was very well made for a doll but not a person. It looked nice on the website but try getting it on. You can't but if you could, you would have to rip the waist to get it on. Too bad because it was a good idea but not at all practical, but I can't speak for everyone. It might be fine for someone, but I don't know who. Hopefully someone or else please remake it because they are a great looking pair of sweatpants to look at if you don't wear them
