First cut the round crust with a biscuit mold

This mini tart pan is rigid, and so far the non-stick coating appears to reliant as well. Time will tell with that, but I can say, so far so good. I also like that it is small for this type of boutique baking, as it takes up little space within my bakeware cupboard.

Well made tart pan but half the size of what I thought it would be. Should have looked closer at the measurements. All in all will work just fine just wish it was bigger.
