I have a few grandchildren, and all love to ride the miniature horses we have on the farm. One of the ponies is bit shy and it is a battle to get one in his mouth. A bitless bridle appeared to be our answer. The one ordered and received wasn't the answer. It needed some stiff substance at the top of the bridle to control the horses head via the tender nose. Looks better in the picture than in reality. Not heavy duty enough to control an animal. I got a lot better quality at my local feed store for similar money. Save your money
