I was looking forward to receiving my LVSTEEL 3 Drawer Mobile File Cabinet with Lock, I had hoped it would have come fully assembled, but the wheels had to be installed, it wasn't too difficult to assemble, but just nowhere in the directions did it mention pulling out the bottom cabinet for access to the wheel assembly points.Maybe an experienced assembler would think that was just self explanatory or common sense, but I am NOT one such person good with such things, yet still - once I saw a boobtube video on the assembly process, it came together and I was able to assemble the file cabinet & move it into position.It suits the purpose for which it was intended, filing folders which no longer fit in the first file cabinet we bought to store bills, deeds, correspondence, etc.Overall, for the price it's a good value, & sturdy enough if your not storing oodles of cash or gold bars, not very secure for those purposes, but for your standard filing needs of bills, warranty's, deeds, etc.. this serves the purpose.
