I put 4 of these Moen ET1300 toilet bidet in our new construction home. We have been here for 9 months now and we love them. They work perfectly. Love the light, heated seat, dryer, soft close/open and the self flush. My biggest issue is remembering to flush a toilet when I'm not at home. I didn't a lot of research before purchasing and they seem to offer the best functionality for the price.

This is a pleasure that speaks for itself. Warm cleansing water. Heated seat on a cold night. Welcoming night light, it’s just a wonderful delight to own and to enjoy.

Upfront, I will say that this is our first bidet purchase, so we aren’t as familiar with these products as others might be. So with that said, we love this product. We purchased and had it installed 18 months ago and have experienced a positive experience in every aspect.First, I will say that it is clearly quality product and the materials are built to last. We’ve only had this product for 18 months, but it certainly feels like it will last for a long time. We installed the remote control holster on the wall adjacent to, our seating position. It works very well and thus provides for us to perform functions without ever touching the seat itself. We always sit in our house, so there isn’t any raising or lowering of the seat, but it does lower itself very slowly if that’s important to you. Multiple settings for seat warming are very nice, we definitely adjusted depending upon the season we are in. In the winter time, it is a nice luxury to have that seat fully warmed. The same thing as true for the water temperature, very nice that the Temperature is properly warmed by the time it hits you. You are able to set the distance the wand extends when you first set it up. All very simple. The Settings for front and back, once set, are perfect. The bidet does an excellent job of cleaning as it is supposed to do, and the drying function is also very nice. The flush is very powerful and also does what you would expect it to do. The system does seem to have some sort of odor minimization Process, and from what I can tell it is effective. It also has a permanent nightlight feature. I think we’d like it if we could actually turn that off, but that doesn’t seem to be possible. All that said, having that dim light on certainly makes it easy to see, when approaching in the middle of the night. This wasn’t particularly important to us, but the bidet itself is certainly in elegant design, at least for what it is. We love the cleaning aspect that it provides, and it obviously reduces toilet paper consumption by a factor of 10. We routinely use the clean function to inspect the wand, and ensure that it is clean, And it is very easy to do this. All in all, we could not be happier. We haven’t had a single issue with the product, it has performed reliably from day one. I suppose someone else who has had previous experiences with high-end bidet, might have another viewpoint, but it’s hard for me to imagine a better product. so if you were on the edge on Weather, too, consider such an expensive purchase, all I can say, is do it.

This toilet works well except that in the 3 mo this I’ve had this product, it’s clogged 3x, and plungers do NOT work! I’ve had to call a plumber to my house 3x in 3 months, making this a VERY expensive toilet. We hate it, no one wants to use it in case it clogs yet again. Wish we hadn’t purchased because of this, bad design.

I previously had the American Standard Deluxe Washout about 6 years ago. I purchased it for $3000+. Today it is more than $5000+ so I researched bidets and bought the Moen ET2200. It is far superior to the American Standard and, while still expensive, $3500 so much less than the Am. Standard. It is more efficient, more streamlined and just unbelievable in every way. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!!

I've been pleased with the toilet after finishing the install process. The heated seat is nicer than I expected. With the bidet nozzle being behind a door, it keeps it cleaner compared to cheaper seat attachment bidets. One thing to be mindful of is that the base is larger than a standard toilet, so the inlet line may need to move. After installing an outlet and moving the cold water line, installation and setup was easy. The instant water heating gets it to a really nice temp. I was a bit worried about not having a tank for flushing, but I have not had any issues.
