This unit looks nice but we were unable to make it work. My plumber knows the details. We had it too long to return it. Bought a Kohler spigot and it worked out perfectly.

I actually started a return on the first shipment thinking that the product I received was a used being sold as new. When the second one arrived it was in the same terrible packaging. I'm very surprised that Moen is actually selling these in this way and makes you wonder if they are genuine parts. The spout arrived in a shoe box sized box with a simple open ended plastic bag. Nothing is protecting the metal from the loose hex nut banging around inside the bag scratching the metal. I understand the push for environmental packaging, but this is not what you do for a 150 dollar metal part that needs to look nice when installed. I purchased other parts from Moen that came wrapped in foam with cardboard deviders. I would seriously question if this is an actual Moen product.
