I ordered a like this on eBay once before and hardware was missing but you had all the pieces they’re great job

I installed it on the bike and right away I noticed that the gills and the fins that were on the luggage rack were very loose and did not know they were not welded they had screws on the bottom not very well engineered or assembled very s***** and very crappy waste of money
