I have these cables on all my set up for guitar and speaker from amp cabinet. I have done a side by side comparison and you can really tell the difference. Plus these things are THICK and if you had to use these to move your stuff around a lot you will not regret getting them. Are the expensive? YES!! Are the worth it in the end? YES IMO!!!Seen other review about same as gold sounding. It might be as there Gold cables are great too...BUT your paying a little more for the fact these are a LOT thicker cables and WILL hold up a LOT better than the gold ones. If your jamming in your house. Get the GOLD if you want. I have all platinum cables for the guitar and pedals and DO NOT regret it. So for me. I understand cables and quality and I’d rather buy 1 really bad ass cable than mess with regret if something happens. LIFETIME warranty if you even need it!! And really your probably only going to need 1 of these anyway.Anyway I’m getting another 6 footer overdrive cable to run another speaker cabinet and love all Mogami cables.
