This has been a great little addition. It keeps peoples hands off the toothpicks and is cute. It is plastic but isn't cheap looking. Seems appropriate to have wooden toothpicks dispatched from a tree.

This is such a cute little gizmo that will actually really come in handy! I bake a lot and always use toothpicks to check the center of cakes and breads, but they're in a drawer that isn't close to my oven. Now that I have this tiny toothpick forest sitting on the back ledge of my stove, they'll be much more convenient to grab. You can shake them out of the top of one of the trees, but I find it easier to just take the lid off and grab one. It looks great for the holidays, but I have a lot of woodland decor around my house, so it'll fit in all year. Love it!

This dispenser is a great gift for anyone who regularly uses toothpicks. The design is whimsical but also very functional. As you can see in the pictures, there's a barrier with 6 small holes to allow a single toothpick through the dispenser top. It might take a shake or two but I have not run into any issues with the functionality and it has delivered a single toothpick every time. It keeps the remaining toothpicks inside and clean. I like the look and design of this more than the traditional (boring) toothpick holders. It's very cute, works as designed, looks pretty on the table, and is a good price! This dispenser would make a nice little stocking stuffer or gift.

This toothpick holder is really cute. It doesn't come with toothpicks so you'll have to pick some up if you plan to gift this to someone. To dispense a toothpick, you just flip the dispenser over and a toothpick will come out of the hole at the top of the biggest tree. It works better if the toothpick holder is completely full. If there's only a few toothpicks, you have to shake it a bit to get the toothpick to dispense and depending upon if you are shaking it at the moment, sometimes the toothpick comes shooting out and I've poked myself in the hand trying to catch it or the toothpick went flying and I had to retrieve it.
