Nice picatinny rail for the money. Makes mounting a scope and position adjustment on the 10/22 better than the weird factory rail that came on mine. Great job on this one Monstrum.

Look good on my my 10-22. However; the screws it came with were loose and just didn’t fit snug overall. The screws that came with my Ruger for their scope rail did well so I opted that route instead. They hold well and look better too IMOP.All 4 holes did not match up. I imagine that’s for variability. Two screws are holding this in just fine for now.Rear iron sight is blocked but the irons are a small and barely visible to begin with. So, I’m not worrying about that. I’m sure to switch out the irons to a Truglo or go with a scope anyways.Overall I’d give it a 4.5 if I could. But not so disturbed by it that I’d warrant a 4/5 for the algorithm/averages.

While this product was intended for a 10-22, I did not use it for that. I mounted it to the forearm of a shotgun so I could mount a light. Worked perfectly.

Nicely machined however the screws are too big and do not fit, now I have to source 6-48 screws with a big enough cap head.

I received this rail that was advertised as a Ruger 10/22 rail. Looking on the bag it was just a Ruger sticker sticked over a 500/590 shotgun mount. I thought maybe they reuse the bags or something. First thing I notice is that only 3 out of 4 screws will align on the receiver. Not only that, but the screws supplied with the kit are not even the same thread pitch as my Ruger and the factory Ruger bolts that go with the Weaver rail are to small for the Picatinny. I went to look on my 590A1 shotgun, and it looks like the rail would not fit this one either.More than likely I received the wrong rail and the wrong stuff to mount it, but that is still really annoying.Not only that, but a factory Ruger rail will 100% fit and be cheaper than this.

Selected this rail based on it's finish. Bought for my new ruger 10-22 carbine with the black synthetic stock. Other rails that I looked at either listed a "tactical" or "matte" finish. In other words the flat, dull black finish popular on many new firearms. Mine has that somewhat shinny blued finish. This rail matches well. Slightly less "shinny", but not a stand out difference. Also matches the optics that I installed. I stripped down the receiver before installing. This both allowed me to assure that the screws that were included did not protrude into the receiver/proper length, as well as assuring that the purple threadlocker I used ( yes they make a purple, also bought from amazon) did not leak into the receiver. That last part is why ruger states not to use a threadlocker when mounting rails(goodies). I used the low strength purple as the screws are tiny, under 1/4" in diameter, and going into aluminum. OK rail came with an extra screw. I only used the 4 needed, I now have an extra, just in case. No problems with the screws, I just used a good quality driver from my firearms rated set. Have taken this rifle out to the back 40 this week end. Fired OH about 500 rounds from a bulk brick, 100 CCI mini mags. All good/ no issues. All in All happy with purchase.
