I ordered this line for my 2000 jeep cherokee sport that had developed a slight leak at the fuel rail to fuel line connection. I had tried to just change the connector using one of those quick disconnect fittings. This just did not work, actually leaked more!!!!. SO I ordered this line. Now this line is listed as a factory OE part. All indications I see confirm that, was exactly like the line I removed minus the rust!!. Installed easily, JUST LIKE IT WAS MADE FOR IT. Leak fixed. So the moral here is "use the correct part for the job".. OH I ordered on a saturday, received on wednesday. Happy with purchase...

So part number is right, description is no. Perfect replacement, seems OEM. The old line had stress cracks, was leaking pretty profusely under pressure. Look at the pics, you can see the hairline fractures. This line is stainless steel, so it does NOT rust, the ataching bracket does rust though. It seems the line is a bit under stress because of the routing, so a bit of massaging may go a long way to avoid future issues. This part did exactly what is supposed to, nothing to fault it about, so 5 stars.

This not a power steering hose(thankfully). Factory fuel line from fuel rail to chassis fuel line on firewall. 2000-2001 XJ 4.0. Was a genuine Mopar part and fit perfectly.
