This product is far from satisfactory. The only accurate description might be ‘cotton’—and even that’s a stretch. The construction is shoddy, with ropes that seem haphazard and unreliable. Its size is deceivingly small, failing to meet expectations. Additionally, the endorsement claiming a macaw’s preference is dubious and contributes to the overall misrepresentation.

I bought this for my 39 yr old Lilac Crowns who are continually falling off their perch especially at night to act as a break (hammock) from the fall yet they can get out of. The rope is flexible and you could connect them if needed. This is a smaller cage at 33 in L by 21 1/2 in wide and it covered the inside area.I will buy a second one to switch out when cleaning. The squares are 3 in opening. You supply your own fastners. I keep all my old nuts bolts and hooks from destroyed toys so no problem there.

I was really excited to use this product and I just opened it. Was in the process of hanging it when I noticed it was covered in bird poo. So now I have to take it down and clean and sanitize it. I don't know what some strange bird might have and I'm not risking the health of my bird because someone failed to sell me a new product or to lable this product as used. That's just awful and disgusting.

My elderly adopted Amazon parrot never really had many toys, but he loves climbing through it. I put it stretched out so it also works as a hammock (since he falls at night sometimes and his cage is quite tall) he really likes it.

Super soft hemp rope, feels great to the touch, looks beautiful, my Bee Bee parrots love it, as part if their jungle gym area outside their cage. They spend all day outside the cage, and love to climb and explore. I hung this as a net, using decorative chains, which are also easy to climb, the holes are big enough they won't get tangled or trapped on them, so it is not a danger for them.

This is a great product. High quality rope which is very thick. It looks good and has good clips. I unfortunately mis-measured and it was to big for my ferret cage which a very big but not big enough...so measure careful. If it is the right size order this brand for sure!!!

The product itself is great. I bought it for my rats, and it's a great size for their cage. The stench upon opening it though is way too intense to handle. It's an acrid chemical smell. After airing it out for 24 hours and running it through the wash twice, it still smells from several feet away. Will most likely trash it.
