Received it and it wouldn’t download any apps from App Store called Amazon they said it was a software issue so I am returning this . I wouldn’t recommend this product it overheated. Not happy

First day I got it, it blue screen crashed repeatedly until finally it wouldn't even turn on. Trying a replacement hoping it was just a fluke

Just got it. Pretty easy to set up. Extremely misleading though as it says it comes with Office. While it does, it automatically makes you pay $140 to get it for a year. At this price, I couldn’t bought any other laptop that already included a year or longer.

Laptop actually works pretty nice. However, after less than one month of having it the charger went out after one use. The battery last a long time so I only needed it once. Amazon didn’t have replacement parts, contacted the manufacturer and they don’t have replacement parts either. So ended up returning.
