I use these on my thumb while bowling and they stay on very good. They will leave a sticky residue on my finger after removing. I make sure to wash my hands and put a very moisturizing lotion on as soon as I remove them. I have very dry skin and this provides protection to my thumb where my skin splits. I will definitely not run out of these!

I bought a pack of this to use in my league and from the first night I knew it was good. It makes my thumb stay in the ball slightly longer and the adhesion is really good. It barely leaves any sticky residue when I peel it off. I averaged 245 the second half of my bowling league after I started using this. I'll be buying more every time I need it.

I love the Motiv tapes. The release feels great and the adhesive lasts for a whole evening. I alternate between the fast release and the slow release versions, depending on how it all feels that night. Note - I limited to four stars because I tend to ignore 5-star ratings. There's nothing wrong with this tape.
