Very bad experience. Three days after installing it, this is how the serpentine belt ended up. Upon inspection, it turned out that the belt tensioner had seized and was not rotating, which completely ruined the serpentine belt!

Did the 100k service on my 2011 S550 a bit early. The car doesn't get driven a ton, and has only 93k miles. So, based on age (and the fact that I was getting other maintenance work done), I decided to go ahead and replace these items. Everything seems to be working just right, so far.
