Only 2 speeds worked in my 2011 ram 2500, item came quick and I swapped it out in high hopes only to find that now I only had 1 sore, high. I pulled the item back out and during inspection I found a bad soldering job on one connection. After dicing the connection everything worked as it should. Still going to give 5 stars with the assumption that this was a fluke.
