Once installed, works very well. Airflow through my radiator when needed is no longer an issue.HOWEVERMotorcraft, for whatever reason, changed the fan mounting bolt to a SMALLER size than what came from the factory. New bolt size is M6x1.0. Old bolts are M8 or M10. I had to track down 4 M6x1.0 bolts that were 12.9 rated.Its frustrating that Motorcraft/Ford would change the bolt size and NOT include new bolts, nor leave a note in the included literature for a heads up on the change.I cross checked the Motorcraft and FoMoCo part numbers and this is the correct part for my 2001 Excursion V10.3 stars for causing a needless day long delay trying to find correct bolts.

Purchased for a 2006 Ford E450 with V10 and AC. My existing bolts and thread size are 5/16-18 bolts for the fan attachment. The threads in the YB-3082 fan clutch I received are smaller at M6. I have to return it.

Does not fit my 2004 6.8 F-250 w/ AC. Amazon said it was a fit. Waste of time and money.

If you have an older truck you will need metric bolts and fan as well. The revised fan parts are all metric.Ford Parts -N602527-S439 4 Pack of BoltsFord Motorcraft YA-259 or Ford Part 7C3Z-8600-C

Item was as described installed it on my 2000 Ford Extension. Amazon delivered a day earlier great service not to mention it was $ 100 cheaper than the local auto part store and $ 150 cheaper than the Ford Dealer and it's a Ford part.

Ford product, works great. A/C wasn't cooling at idle when 100 degrees, (Truck has 177,000 miles with original fan clutch) with new fan clutch it blows cold anytime.

I ordered this for a V 10 ford 6.8 L gas RV engineE450 The bolt holes where the fan blades attach are way too small I had to send it back
