I put it in a truck that didn’t have factory cruise (2015 F-250), took out the old one with a butter knife and plugged this in ~10 seconds. Just had to take it to ford for a $70 program and now have cruise. Works great.

Doesn't work. Only a few of the buttons work. Ofcorse I'm 5 days out of the return window. None of the buttons worked on the old one. Finally get around to fixing my sons truck and only a few buttons are work on this new one. Who is doing quality control? The box says the item was boxed in Oct 2020. So it's been sitting around their warehouse for awhile.

Ordered this for a 2011 Ford F-350, my original one was wore out and the reset button didn't work anymore.Easy to install; pop out original with a flathead screwdriver and remove the connections and replace with new one and pop back in.Perfect fit with no problems at all. Very competitive price.
