It's just a piece of aluminum, so there's not much to rate. It didn't come with any mounting HW and the HW from the factory plastic guard wouldn't work with this. If they had included a couple of bolts and nuts, I'd have given it a higher rating.

This aluminum guard is better than the stock plastic one, and the anodized aluminum looks just like the ones on the full size bikes, my sons crf 100 has alot of red ano parts and this matches great, we get alot of compliments on his bike! Price was awesome too!!

This is well made and the price is pretty good. Just like the stock piece, it doesn't actively guide the chain, but should help prevent the chain from fully coming off and smashing into the case cover and stator.
