3 in 1
3-in-1 jackets are made of two separate layers; an outer waterproof shell and an inner, removable padded jacket or fleece. They can be worn in three different ways depending on the weather; a raincoat on wet days, a fleece on dry days, or together on cold and wet days. A versatile, essential jacket for unpredictable Spring and Autumnal weather, or cold and wet Winter.
Waterproof (2000mm)
This waterproof material has been laboratory tested as having a hydrostatic rating of 2,000mm. This is a measure of the water pressure a garment can withstand which indicates how water proof it is. The higher the number, the greater water pressure it can withstand.
Breathable
Breathable fabrics let moisture out quickly and efficiently. This technology means that perspiration can escape, avoiding dampness in the fabric. This makes it ideal for indoor and outdoor activities, or travel in warmer climates.
Product Features
Taped Seams
Taped seams provide a physical barrier that prevents water from leaking through seams, stitching or joins in the fabric, making every inch of the garment waterproof. These garments are ideal for outdoor activities in changeable or wet weather.
Ripstop
This item is made using a durable Rip Stop fabric. The material is super-resistant to tearing or ripping, and it's interwoven, crosshatched threads means any tears are prevented from spreading. Great for items where durability is key.
Mesh Lining
Mesh is a loosely woven, lightweight fabric with closely spaced holes for excellent breathability. This keeps the wearer cool and dry from perspiration, making it perfect for walking, the gym or other activities in warm climates.

I wish there was a button in the sleeves so they could attach. Other than that its a great and cute little coat keeps my daughter warm and she loves it.

I bought this coat in the 'age 13' size for my son who just turned 12 and required a plain school coat. In terms of sizing, my son is slim and 5' tall but wears a jumper and a blazer which obviously 'pads him out' a bit! As such, the inner fleece is a little snug when in full uniform (but not when dressed more 'normally') while the waterproof outer coat is perfect when in full school uniform and should last the whole year's growth if not a little more.The main benefit of this coat is that it really is waterproof and has been subjected to rain (not just a quick shower). A secondary benefit is the options it brings. Rainy day but not cold? Then just remove the fleece!I think most people would say this is not a 'winter' coat unless worn in full (with the fleece) and would still probably require a jumper too. So as long as a customer doesn't expect this to be a hyper-padded and filled 'winter' coat, I don't think they will be disappointed with the quality and value of the coat.Unfortunately, my son managed to lose the outer coat a few months into his secondary school life but, as an indicator of how happy he was with it, asked for the same coat to replace it. Both coats purchased had the same, good quality, and there have been no complaints.

Not sure why they'd list it as 'extreme' it's definitely not a winter coat. Material is very thin, good as a windbreaker/extra layer.Cheaper on the mountain warehouse website. But their customer service is not great. They try, but it was like talking to a brick wall, we just went round and round and I explained over and over.

Very Well made, High quality material, Fit as expected. It is an absolutely beautiful coat, with durable seems, Its wonderful how the inside zips out and that it is Water proof. My daughter is in love with this coat. I would Totally buy this again.

My daughter is 12 but very petite, so I got size 9/10 and it fits amazing! She loves the color, fit and the light jacket underneath. Buying one for myself
