These are made for regular rims. The fat rims will allow them to spin and possibly make contact with the bike frame.

They come in packs of 12 for a reason; they don't last. I am a 58 year old female. With riding to the grocery store, on paved roads, 3 times in 10 days; only needing this replacement reflector on my front tire : One reflector broke in two during the ride, so I replaced it; the next reflector felo toff during a ride, so I replaced it; the third reflector fell off somewhere during the ride. (3 of the 12 reflectors are already gone, in less than two weeks! Save your money and buy a quality product instead!!!)

Wheel Reflectors only fit a small range of wheels based on the length of the reflector and the spoke slot angle (yes the slot on the reflector has a slight angle) the slot angle keeps the reflector radial to the center of the wheel. Also the reflector is only practical on about 50% of the spokes on any given wheel. Also you should install it opposite the valve stem. These fit best on my 26” bike. They did not fit the 27.5” wheel that I bought them for, and no way would they fit my 29” mountain bike. I can’t say whether or not they would fit smaller kids wheels 24” and under because I don’t have one to try them on.

I haven't found any source for just the middle plastic part that holds them onto a spoke so when these fragile parts brake, it makes the whole thing unusable. Also, it's not easy in practice to install them.
