The threads on the nut were so badly machined that the nut slid up and down on the stem as soon as I took it out of the package.

Good quality item, but too large to fit rims using Presta valves. Would need make the hole larger on the rim. That info should had been disclosed under the description. Too bad they don’t make one that tapers down to a smaller hole.
