Ich habe die Locks an verbaut und sehe qualitativ keinen Unterschied zu meinen Marken-Security Locks. Kann sein, dass sich das noch ändert, aber im Moment bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Its a good product and well made but not compatible in size with my other Schaller straps so I returned them.

Bought this for my Bass guitar as I had my bass slipped off the strap and I was able to catch it before it hit the ground. Bought these strap locks, installed them and have peace of mind. On a side note, the nut is a 9/16" and if you put a 5/8" open end wrench on the other end of the U shaped part, it is fairly easy to tighten this on the strap. This is insurance for your guitar, don't think twice, just buy these.

Purchased another guitar and I always put strap locks on every instrument I own. I have always used the name brand scrap locks. So I installed on a spare strap figured that I would have to use that strap for the new guitar only but nope these mount to the name Brand Strap lock studs perfectly no problem. Went back to the store's site to purchase a couple more sets since I do guutar repair work but sadly they were out of stock... hoping they will be back in stock soon.Recommend 100% don't spend 30 to 40 dollars by theseUpdate! Purchased Another set for another guitar. Every bit as good as the first set purchased. Will always buy these When needed!

Utter crap. The screw head sheared off an inch and a half into the bass and now I have to take it to a shop, have the screw drilled out, the hole refilled and the strap button reinstalled. Not to mention I won’t have it for a gig tomorrow. Very upset.

Used to own the more expensive name brand version of this strap lock but took a chance on these based on the reviews and low price. Really glad I did! The only difference I can find is the finish. The more expensive name brand are more glossy, where these are more semi gloss. Also, these seem to be a little more stiff, not as easy to pull when taking the locks on and off the strap buttons. Could be because there new? Had to buy some felt washers as well. Great buy at half the price!

Ordered this item because I have Schaller strap locks on all my guitars. I quickly put these on my son's guitar and then realized there is a difference. The stud works great with the strap locks that comes in this set. But... Schaller are a little taller with a taper at the top of the stud. This will fit loosely in my existing Schaller locks on my guitar straps but is loose with enough play to make you nervous.Works great if you don't mix with the real thing. I like all my straps to work and lock on all my guitars so I will be spending the extra money and putting the real deal on my son's guitar.

Very sturdy and easily installed. So far no guitars falling off of me. I put these on all of my guitars so I only really need one guitar strap. When I want to unhook it there is a spring loaded mechanism that makes it easy to detach. One thing I will say is that these may not be compatible with another brand of strap locks. One different brand worked, the other didn't, so there's really no standard size/shape among strap locks. It's not advertised to work with any other brand so I wasn't disappointed. They were a little tricky to put on, the holes in guitar straps are small and you really have to squeeze this in then screw the washer down tight. Overall I'm very pleased with the quality and ease of use. I definitely will get some more.

This are good enough security straplocks, and they seem to work fine.Because they look alike Schaller (used by many modern Fenders) you might think they are compatible, but they are not 100%.Schaller button pin is a bit larger, and so, you can not fit the strap lock into a Shcaller button, but you CAN fit a Schaller strap lock into this part button. Why would you do that? Maybe you like swaping straps while changin guitars? But really, these are cheap enough to buy a few and install them on all your guitars.

ordered Dec 24, arrived Jan 5. I've owned the Schallers, and these appear to be the same look and functionality. I dont currently have any to do a side by side comparison. I installed them today on my Epiphone prophecy gx, and so far so good. The only thing to note (which I personally don't care about) the screws are not gold. You cant see the screws once installed anyway, but I know some people are really picky about things like this.Screws were slightly shorter then the OEM, but seem to be same diameter, and worked fine.As mentioned in other reviews, we'll see how the finish holds up over time. This is just a couple screws and washer, and a spring loaded button, I'm thinking that they're gonna hold up just as well in the long run.

A simple design that is well made, with a highly polished silver finish. You drill two small holes in your guitar, screw in the base of the two provided screws and locks and slide on the quick-release mechanism. Attach your guitar strap (not included) and tighten it down to the quick- release part on the top and lock it into place. To remove the strap you simply pull up on the knob at the top and slide the release off the base. Very simple but quite efficent and convenient. This is a quality product and the price is cheap.
