I got these pickups for a Explorer style guitar, and they are a nice upgrade in sound quality from what I had in there, plus they match my all black guitar. They were easy to install, soldering was quick and simple. I may choose to use the coil split feature in the future, but for now using them as full humbucker, and they're a mix of vintage tones with good sustain under distortion. The humbuckers fit my factory rings using the included hardware. These pickups are functionally different from my old ones which just had a signal and ground wire, these will give me the option to coil split. These pickups are much clearer and have a blooming clear quality over the muffled ceramic pickups. I find the Musiclily pro pickups to be of good quality for the cost, but there can be other good options out there for similar or better value.

These arrived very well packaged. The pickups are weighty, well built. I have used these before and the sound is very good. This pair are going in my latest project guitar, a thinline Tele style guitar. The wiring is good and of adequate length. Fender could learn from that. And there is a useful wiring diagram. The screws and springs are also included. And as with all Music Lily purchases, you get a MusicLily pick. Not sure why. Overall, the sound from these pickups is good. And for the price of around thirty-two dollars they are a very good value for money.

So these won't come crashing out the gate with a voice like a pair of Dimarzio PAF pickups, but for the price the sound is solid, the output level is good and really the only negative is that I wasn't exactly sure which wire was which, but then again, a quick Google and that was settled.

These humbuckers sound decent for the price. They're less muddy than the ones that came stock on my affordable guitar. The wiring was easy with the included diagrams. Keep in mind the 50mm and 52mm widths if you're buying covers to dress up the pickups. They do come wax potted so that's a good upgrade if you're coming from cheap unpotted pickups.

Musiclily si conferma come un fornitore affidabile di ricambi per chitarraComprati per la mia "anziana" Ibanez Gax30 con due Humbukers a 2 conduttori ormai quasi del tutto andati.Ho ricostruito il cablaggio dla chitarra e splittato gli humbuker per avvicinare il suono a quello di un single coil. Una Chitarra due Pickups 6 possibili sonorità diverse!Il set si presta egregiamente a questo tipo di configurazioni.In formato Humbuker toni tipici e sonorità che ricordano i mitici anni 70 del rock, in formato split sono riuscito ad avere la sensazione di suonare un single coil anche se visto il basso otput forse perdono un po' troppo in uscita.Visto il prezzo e i risultati considero sia un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Excellent quality humbucking pickup set in black.These are nicely built and have a good weight with excellent fit and finish.I'll be mounting these in a strat style partscaster build. I highly recommend these pickups. The included wiring diagram shows how both pickups could be coil split as well. Mounting screws and springs are included. The diagram is very helpful and makes these very flexible in terms of installationoptions. Value and quality - what more could you want in a pickup set?

My husband is the guitar player, not me, so I am relaying this information second hand. He has a Strat style inexpensive guitar that he wanted to switch out the pick ups on. This seemed like a decently priced option for the replacement. The pickups include as easy to follow diagram for installation. He had no issues installing this and was thankful that there was enough length in the wiring. All parts included were present and in good condition. They look great and my husband is satisfied with the quality and sound at a good price.

Il pickup è di buona qualità, ha un ottimo sound ed una buona resa musicale. Ovviamente non siamo ai livelli dei più blasonati DiMarzio, Seymour Duncan etc, ma per una chitarra entry level sono perfetti. Unica nota negativa per cui tolgo una stella: documentazione migliorabile. I pickup giungono solo (e per fortuna) solo con l'indicazione "Neck" e "Bridge". Non sono presenti indicazioni sul wiring. Dovreste scoprirlo da soli visto che sul sito indicano che le colorazioni dipendono dalla versione.
