The pulley looks great but is unusable without set screws. Fortunately, I can drill and tap and have set screws on hand. However, not all buyers will have this capability.The listing should be changed to warn buyers that this does not have tapped holes or set screws.

Not per say a bad pulley however it requires a set screws hole to be drilled and tapped and the belt tapers are wider than spec by .040”.
