If you are looking for a size that fits on the dessert table or a centerpiece, this is the appropriate size. It is short and will not tower all other items or decorations on the table instead it will help accentuate the setting. As for the photos, I used a double sided scrapbook tape to stick them and they worked great as they held up the whole time. The picture size is tiny so pick a photo that is taken far away otherwise if it is zoomed in the picture does not look clear due to being so small. The letters, fonts, and designs are clear and they were all spelled correctly. The material is light and thin and you will need a small easel to help make it stand on the table otherwise you need to lean it on something as this did not come with a stand. When I received the board it was a little damaged on a corner and it was not fixable. The wood looked like it had water or moisture damaged. The area was stained with a darker color than the board and it stood out badly. If you want to make this a keepsake it can either be hung on a wall or framed to keep it in good condition longer.

I didn’t want to have to make this , so I’m glad I ordered it. The pictures seems smaller than wallet size but it still works. I just covered up the hearts with some stickers so I could use it for a boy
