DURABLE POLYESTER WEBBING
Our straps are made of durable polyester webbing. Polyester webbing barely stretches at all under heavy loads, it resists taking damage from scrapes or cuts, and water slides right off it--so mildew can’t grow and ruin it.
CORROSION-RESISTANT RATCHET AND O-RINGS
Our ratcheting mechanism and O-ring connection point are plated with gold chromate, so the heavy-duty steel won’t rust or take damage from other metals.
HEAVY DUTY SWIVEL J HOOK END FITTING
Swivel J Hooks are compatible with any flat anchor points, including stake pockets on the side of a trailer bed. Our Swivel J Hooks are made from heavy duty steel and and sustain a high working load limit.
LONG RATCHETING HANDLE
The long ratcheting handle gives you more leverage than shorter handles, so it’s easier to reach the degree of tension you want. More tension with less force? You got it.
CORDURA PROTECTION SLEEVE
For wear resistance on the 2" webbing. Best to position between the "O" ring and the webbing to give your strap the longest life possible.

The strap on the ratchet is too long unless you are strapping 33"+ tires. My trailer is 84" wide rub rail to rub rail and the strap is too long for cars. Have to loop it under the rub rail and hook from the top down to get rid of some slack. Other that that it works well. Just used them again last weekend for a dodge caravan.

On all of the comparables to which I can remark, out of a set of four straps, three served me as advertised. One hold down failed. Thankfully, the other three did. One shredded ripping the strap and steel ring was lost.I recognize that products may have flaws which can cause a failure.I don't know how often this manufacturer's products fail the rate of failure. I'm assume they are tested before packaging.What is most aggravating is the lack of a response from the company customer care. I followed AMAZON's recommendation on contacting the company and 3 weeks have passed since my contacting them on the failure.If you choose to purchase, my want is for your restraints serve you well. Should the company reach out and advise me on what my options may be (if any, just reach out), I will update my review.

I work, part time, delivering cars and trucks, for our local dealer. These are the same type of tie downs that we use for their operation. I recently purchased a UTV. And I was having problems securing it to my flatbed trailer. I spotted these tie downs, on Amazon, an instantly grabbed onto them. I have only used them three times, so far. But, they are simple to use. They secure my side by side to the trailer. I have traveled over numerous backcountry roads, in Idaho. And the UTV does not budge. I only gave four stars, for durability until I see how well the material lasts. It appears to be made of excellent material. The same as the ones I use for work. I know of no better way to secure your four wheeled vehicles. I highly recommend this product, for easy use and security.
