Got this for my food truck, they work great for what I need them for. They are good quality, easy to use, and I just put them in a giant baggie and it worked good to keep them organized.

I like to make my own tallow and using the cheese cloth method is a bit of a pain.These also work extremely well when saving fryer oil after frying turkeys and other things, exsp with these extremely expensive prices of peanut oil these days

The price is great. It does take a while to get the oil to filter through. Maybe if the oil was still warm it would work better. It works , just takes some time to filter 3 gallons of peanut oil from my turkey fryer.

These filters are a big improvement over cheesecloth for removing fine particles from stock. I used a handled mesh strainer to hold the filter instead of buying a dedicated filter holder.

Work well in my Eastman Outdoors oil funnel, which is a must for filtering cooking oil, such as when frying turkeys, fish, etc. The deep flutes, and bottom screen in the funnel prevent clogging of the oil, and the filters work well.

I use them regularly to strain my deep fryer oil. It makes cleaning it much easier. They are a great value, and made of heavy material.
