These insoles are super nice and feel really good. Probably some of the most durable and well made insoles I have tried. I am on my feet a lot for work and these add another level of comfort for every day activities and for work. They do not smell. They are very functional. They fit great and are easy to cut to size.

PROS:- I like the stiff heel cup, which helps stabilize my foot.- The rubberized material at the bottom helps keep the insole from shifting around.- The overall padding of the insole adds comfort.CONS:- I have very high arches and didn't quite find these adequate. They were almost there though.

Great for heel pain! This was why I decided to try them. I am very pleased. I walk all day on concrete and they have made a huge difference in pain and fatigue. Easy to trim. Comparably priced. Fast shipping.

I am Woman size 7.5 and I received XS and the size fits. I have mild-acute pain on the bottom of feet. Mine starts in the middle where my arch is to the top part of the foot, and the sides. It hurts so bad that I feel the pain even lying down. I haven't been able to go see a podiatrist because of life and other things, so I've been using other methods to get by. I bought orthopedic shoes for women (it's the purple one in my picture) and it was like walking on clouds. But I've been wearing it for a while now and I think the insole inside the shoe is worn down, so I got these as an alternative and wow! Back to walking on clouds. I've tried these on other (regular) shoes and it works on them too! The design is interesting yet comfortable, efficient, and safe. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy this. In fact, I am going to buy one for my mom and my sister (they also work where they have to be on their feet all day). I wear it every day and I haven't any discomfort so far. This is a very good product and I'm glad they made a product that actually works.

I have a decades-long chronic arch condition that makes the soles of my feet sting, plus another that causes me to feel as if there are bumps and even small stones under my feet when there are none. So it has been difficult to impossible for me to have much foot comfort for years. I've been through any number of orthotics, from basic to expensive to custom-made, and none have been very effective.In recent weeks I've had a flare up of the condition that makes it feel as if the soles of my feet have been slapped and it doesn't go away. They've just smarted all the time, I can walk on them but the feeling is there 24/7.So I approach any new orthotics with some doubts, regardless of their price or reputation, but I was very surprised to find that these were immediately comfortable out of the box. They felt springy under the arch, instead of the usual feel of new orthotics which is too hard and too high. I was able to walk around in them with considerably reduced discomfort and the biggest surprise was when I took my shoes off, and the pain I'd had for several days was gone. No more feeling that someone had whacked the soles with a ruler. Well color me amazed.At the time of writing, it has been several hours and still no return of pain, I can actually walk on my feet without the constant reminder that they're sore. I have no idea what the orthotics have done to produce such a rapid and striking improvement and I have to say that someone else might have no such beneficial results, I could have just got lucky with these meeting a need. You'll have to try them for yourself, unfortunately because nobody can predict the effects on another person. I'll also need to return here and update this review if the effect wears off rapidly (hoping that doesn't happen though!).Meanwhile, I have to give a solid five stars to this product and I'm very pleased to be able to do so.
