I was a little trepidatious with this order. It's a huge item to receive and move (and god forbid, return if necessary) but it arrived wholly intact without any blemishesIt is packed and rigged for shipment VERY well. Be prepared with a pry bar/nail puller to remove all of the scrap wood used to secure the door in place. It’s wrapped in plastic, too. Also, there are screws through the top jamb and into the door, which took me a second to discover after the doors wouldn’t open and after removing all of the other wood stays.The finish was “primed” in my case and done so very well. I don’t think I’ll even paint it for now.This door requires that the hole be drilled for the door hardware so be prepared with a hole saw. I don’t know the standard size yet. Have to look it up.They look strikingly good in our hallway in the spot which was previously just a 48” opening to the hone office.Unfortunately, that opening is not square so I will have to sand the right side jamb with a belt sander or something, so be sure to take comprehensive measurements of your opening (that sounded weird) and maybe they can customize the jamb sizes.Anyway, quite pleased and I hereby submit a strong and rousing recommendation! I’m seriously impressed with this company.

The door looks quite good but had to really adjust to get the doors even. After measuring the hinges on each door it was 1/8" off from each other. (Doesn't sound like a lot but made a noticable difference). If you take the time to frame and tweak you can get it fairly flush.

The product was as expected, but the method of shipment that was used was one of the most unreliable, uncoordinated experiences I've had with large shipments. Poor communications between Amazon and their shipper, CEVA Logistics. CEVA was the worst. Poor customer experience and service. Then, at the last minute, they placed blame on the "driver," who was not even aware of the delayed shipment. I would rate this lower, but the product was okay and the price good.
