National Hardware N280-032 V7602 Long Stem Heavy Duty Rollers in Plain Steel, 1-7/8" roller, 7-9/16" stem, 7/16" shaft

This heavy duty roller has a steel wheel that rotates on ten ball bearings for smooth operation and longer life. When replacing worn out rollers it is best to replace all rollers on the door. This roller is factory lubricated and has a longer stem which is typically used on double hinge applications.

Exactly like written. Though in the details it indicates a set of 2, but received 1 in the package. Further reading of the description it would imply 1, but was thinking I would receive 2 based on the details.

Old 4 inch rollers kept popping out so I had no choice but replace them with longer. Had to cut off 1 inch on one side because of proximity to the wall.

Not as advertised. Stems are 6-7/8 inch long when measured from the inside of the roller. They are advertised and marked on the package as 7-9/16”. These won’t fit the double brackets I have on my wind load rated door, about an 1/8th inch short of flush, and I need them to stick out past flush at least half inch. These would work IF the were as long as they claim they are. One star for the misleading advertising and package marking. If you want 6-7/8” stems, then these will work, but they are not 7-9/16”. I called the manufacturer, and they didn’t have a clue as to why 6-7/8” wouldn’t work even though the packaging claims 7-9/16”.

bought these because our garage door kept slipping off the 3" rollers. Easy install and they work great now. paid some guy $80 to come out, and I should have just done this in the first place and saved myself the $$$
