I asked here and on their website if the nipple was removable so I could add one of the proper length to meet my in wall inlet requirements. After two weeks, no answer. No one cares. From what I've gleaned, the nipple is NOT removable which means the one they include fixed to their outlet demands that you have the exact proper distance to your supply elbow OR, have a large enough hole to add a male nipple and a female to female nipple which may or may not work because the junctions of themselves add an exhorbitant amount of length which may not work because you're always working in tight and unforgivin tolerance/spaces in these instances. Or.....for the layman, forget this thing because there is a 95%+ chance you're returning it. Just stupid marketing and design.

This is an exact fit item if you don’t get it right the 1/2 nipple that comes reduces down to metric connection so you can’t use 1/2 x whatever depth brass nipple for tile wall to make it function. Most wall elbows have 1/2 fip connections so you can add the size 1/2 nipple you need to make it work this does not.

I couldn't believe that such a small accessory would leak water, so I replaced the gasket and the showerhead, and continued to leak. It was only then that I discovered that this accessory was leaking water. I purchased a new one and it completely solved the problem. Because of my greed, I chose cheaper options, resulting in more losses. I suggest everyone not to choose cheap one for the same product.

I took a regular tub faucet and modified it from a spout to with a hand held sprayer in a stand up shower so the ladies can have easy accessThis also extends the hose for other purposes that would otherwise be restricted due to the length of the hoses availableMy work has received good reviews and would like to extend this to the awesome product availability to create innovative ideas - very happy 😊
