Once your live fish for aquarium order is assembled and ready to go, we bag your live fish just before boxing them so they aren't in bags longer than they need to be
Free hot and cold packs included if needed
Before closing up the box for shipping, we will look up the weather forecast at the destination address. We will add heat or cold packs to the shipment depending on the temperatures to ensure the live fish stay comfortable during their journey.

Arrived on time, packaged well, 12 fish in the bag, one arrived dead, water in the shipping bag arrived at 72F degrees (outside temp was 30 degrees F), 11 were healthy once acclimated to their new tank.

Lost some in transit, ended up with eight survivors the first day. (The shipped 12). Next day, there are three. These fish are so small that I am pretty sure that three of them went right into the Fluval, the other two I had to scoop out. YES, the credit for DOA but what a pain in the butt . Just not worth it. So these are not worth the trouble or expense and not a substitute for going to the local fish store.
